At the age of 21, Mr. Wilson began his career at the well-known talent agency Famous Artists Agency. He quickly worked his way up the ranks to become a partner at Famous Artists, which provided him with the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in contemporary music including: Jay-Z, Notorious B.I.G., LL Cool J, Run DMC, Nas, Destiny's Child and Boyz II Men.
After fifteen successful years in the music industry, Mr. Wilson displayed his versatility by teaming up with Robert Hotaling, and is currently a partner with The Hotaling Group. At The Hotaling Group, Mr. Wilson is committed to protecting his clients from any financial pitfalls, providing them with services ranging from life insurance and estate planning to disability insurance, long term care, corporate and group benefits. Mr. Wilson's roots are still in the entertainment industry, as he is now actively involved in assisting some of the biggest names in the sports and entertainment.

Nicole Perrotta recently joined the team at The Hotaling Group and brings 14 years of experience in the capital markets with her. Nicole spent the last six years as an Advisor at UBS Financial Services, Inc. where she serviced the wealth planning needs for clients in the entertainment and oil industries, as well as those of female entrepreneurs and professionals. Prior to UBS, Nicole spent almost five years at Goldman Sachs trading NASDAQ-listed equities for institutional clients. She stresses the dire importance that her clients and their agents stay pro-active in all aspects of their planning, whether it be insurance, cash management, estate or tax planning.
Nicole graduated from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY with a B.S. in Finance. She has been a guest commentator on Fox Business News and has also been featured in the financial services periodical, Crain’s New York Business. Nicole is very active on the Advisory Board of Council for Unity, a powerful non-profit organization committed to decreasing the burgeoning violence that plagues our youth and empower them with the skills necessary to attain their full potential in life.

Mr. Sturtze, born October 12, 1970 in Worcester, Massachusetts, is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. After making his MLB debut in 1995, Mr. Sturtze played for several teams including the Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers, Chicago White Sox, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Dodgers and the New York Yankees. Recently, he was invited to pitch and play right field at the New York Yankees’ annual “Old-Timers Day.” After retiring from Major League Baseball, Mr. Sturtze began his second career in the insurance world with The Hotaling Group.

In Loving Memory
Mr. Mason graduated from Tennessee State University in 1988 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He was a professional basketball player in the NBA from 1988 to 2003 with the New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets, Charlotte Hornets, Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks and Miami Heat. Mr. Mason won the NBA’s 6th Man of the Year Award for the 1994-1995 season as a member of the New York Knicks and represented the Miami Heat in 2001’s All Star Game. After his career in the NBA, Mr. Mason was inducted into the New York Basketball Hall of Fame and has been a proud member of The Hotaling Group’s Life Insurance Team since 2011.

Mr. DiBiaso is a graduate of Stony Brook University, where he earned a degree in sociology and was a member of its baseball team. Prior to playing at Stony Brook, he attended Rockland Community College on a full baseball scholarship and batted .400 during his two years there. He was also a member of his high school baseball team, earning All-Section honors each year during his tenure.
Mr. DiBiaso went on to play with the Evansville Otters and spent time playing professional baseball in Italy. Following his career in baseball, he worked for Monterey Construction in 2006 and then AAA Refrigeration in 2009. He joined The Hotaling Group in 2014 after discovering his passion for insurance. Mr. DiBiaso specializes in both Life Insurance and Health Insurance.

Daniel Thomas DiLella
Insurance Sales Team
Daniel Thomas DiLella is a 2011 graduate of the University at Albany Business School, with a focus in Business Administration and Finance. Dan played quarterback at Albany and won the Conference Championship during his Senior year, while leading the team to their first national playoff game in school history. He currently holds multiple single season records at Albany. Dan then had the proverbial 'cup of coffee' with the New York Jets during the summer of 2012 as a quarterback for the NFL team, before entering into the financial industry with MetLife.
Dan focuses on helping clients address their specific needs, with an emphasis on tailoring plans that create value for them, not the insurance companies. As he did during his previous career, he helps quarterback clients through their insurance game-plan, and leads them forward toward their ultimate goal of financial security.
Dan focuses on Life, Disability, Long-Term Care, Health/Group Benefits and Income planning strategies through unique insurance platforms.

Alonzo J. McCray
Director of Group Benefits
Alonzo J. McCray of Queens, New York, has joined The Hotaling Group with more than 15 years experience in the health insurance industry.
Alonzo began his health insurance career working for one of the largest health insurance companies in the country. After four years, Alonzo left the carrier side of the health insurance business and moved into the brokerage and general agency realm. Over the past 11 years, Alonzo has worked with several insurance brokerages and general agencies.
Prior to pursuing a career in the insurance field Alonzo was a member of the United States Navy. He served in Desert Shield, as well as Desert Storm. Alonzo also served as a Navy recruiter. His contributions helped his recruiting station earn "Recruiting Station of the Year" for three consecutive years. These accomplishments also led to being awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.
Chris Lo Basso graduated Pace University with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting. As a previous business owner, Chris brings his 25 years of experience to the Hotaling Group by helping other business owners implement innovative solutions that allow them to operate efficiently in a competitive market. Chris takes the time to uncover a client’s potential by creating options today that will allow them to make better decisions tomorrow.

Gina Fini has been a partner and creator of The Hotaling Group since inception in August 2001. Gina is no stranger to the service industry, for 20 years prior she owned, operated and built a top 200 salon in the country (voted by Modern Salon Magazine in 2005) in Scarsdale NY. Her mission statement during her dual careers has always been about servicing the client for they are the reason we are in business! The Hotaling Group Title Insurance Company, a solely owned female company, was designed to be added to the already impressive repertoire of The Hotaling Group Insurance Company. Gina understands that title insurance holds as great of value in protecting your home as life insurance does in protecting your family and your wealth.
